Greetings from the Ranch!
We have some exciting news to share! The last 20 years of bringing farm-to-fork beef to our customers has brought exceptional growth, thanks to loyal customers like you. We have grown so much, in fact, that we realized we could no longer operate effectively inside our home-based facility (ran mostly out of our garage). So, after a lot of work and waiting, we are glad to announce that our brand-new packing and shipping facility is finally up and running! This marks a major milestone in our journey of bringing you the freshest, highest-quality beef straight from our pastures to your plate and we wanted to share our excitement with you!

One of the most exciting additions to our new space was the new walk-in freezer. We were constantly running into space constraints with our old walk-in and weren’t able to hold the products that we needed, so when the new freezer arrived with twice the space of our old freezer, we were ecstatic! The boys were extra excited and had to stand for a picture – you can see just how tall the new freezer is!

Next came the walls! When the tin started going up on the walls of the warehouse and the drywall started to be hung in the office, it finally started to feel real (even with the mess that came with it).

We now had the biggest task to complete yet – the flooring! The costs for painting and sealing our concrete floor were astronomical, so we did some DIY’ing and decided to take this big project on ourselves! The first step in this process was to clean the floors really well. This was a bit of a tricky job, because every speck of dirt and dust had to be cleaned, but we were lucky to have some great helpers!
Then, we painted and covered the floor with epoxy – look how great it turned out!

We also DIY’ed the install of the LVP flooring inside the office building. We are proud of how it turned out!

One of our favorite features is the accent wall of our front desk. It was made from barnwood taken from our original homestead over 100 years ago. While it looks beautiful, to us it’s more than that. It is a symbol of our firm roots and Wyoming heritage, and a promise for many more years of honesty and prosperity.

Next came the finishing touches of worktables, shelves, and cabinets.

– Quicker deliveries with improved logistics
– More accurate and updated inventory which means less wait for the beef cuts that you love
– Stronger local economy with job growth for your neighbors and friends
