Half Beef: Standard Cut (Option 1 or 2) $7.00/lb., the price for a half beef will be $1365-$1470. A $100 deposit is required when the order is placed.
Includes approximately: 8 Tenderloin Filets, 12 New York Strip Steaks, 10 Rib Eye Steaks, and 8 Sirloin Steaks. These quantities are based on 1 inch thick steaks.
4 Flat Iron Steaks; 5-6 lbs Top Round Steak; 5-6 lbs Cube Steak; 1 Tri-Tip Roast; 2 Sirloin Tip Roasts; 2 Rump Roasts; 3-4 Chuck Roasts; 6-8 lbs. Stew Meat; 95-110 lbs. Ground Beef (1 lb packages). Produces between 195-210 lbs. of packaged beef.
Includes the same cuts as listed above, except it would have T-Bone Steaks instead of New York Strip Steaks and have fewer Tenderloin Steaks.
*There will be an additional $25 charged for customizing a half beef. This includes splitting the half and any changes to how it is cut or packaged other than standard cut.
There would be approximately 95-105 lbs. of beef in a quarter. A quarter beef is half of the above listed cuts in Option 1 without a Tri-Tip Roast. (A quarter beef is standard cut only, no special orders on quarter beef)
A quarter beef is priced at $7.25 per pound, ranging in price from $689-$762 total. A $50 deposit is required when order is placed.
