One of our favorite parts of Wyoming Pure is getting the chance to open our doors, welcome people out to the ranch, and visit face-to-face with the customers, neighbors, and friends who support us.
Our recent Saturday at the Ranch was a wonderful kickoff to the season. The day brought together local vendors, special discounts, good food, and a fundraiser lunch for a cause close to the Wheatland community.
This month, our fundraiser lunch benefited Lauden Keck’s medical fund. Lauden is a young man who grew up in Wheatland and now manages the local lumber store. Like so many people in a small town, he’s not just a name — he’s someone our community knows, works with, and cares about.
Thanks to everyone who came out, ate lunch, donated, shopped, and shared the day with us, we were able to raise $674 for Lauden’s medical fund and serve approximately 75 people.
We also want to give a special thank you to First State Bank for helping make the lunch possible.
They grilled the burgers, served lunch, and donated the water for the event. Their willingness to jump in and help made a big difference, and we are grateful for their support.
Events like this only work because people and businesses are willing to show up for one another. That’s one of the things we love most about this community.
Along with lunch and beef specials, we were glad to host several local vendors and producers. Saturday at the Ranch gives us a chance to create a small local market right here at Wyoming Pure, and we love seeing customers support other hardworking small businesses.
This month’s vendors included:
Delight Bite Mini Donuts, serving fresh mini donuts that were a hit all morning.
Wild Willow Boutique, bringing a fun selection of boutique items.
G2 Farm and Ranch, a local pork producer offering another way to support local agriculture.
Sweet as Honey, with handmade lip balm, lotion bars, apple butter, jams, and other thoughtful goods.
We also had farm fresh eggs and other locally made products available.
When customers shop local, that support reaches far beyond one business. It helps families, producers, makers, and neighbors continue doing what they love right here in our area.
At Wyoming Pure, we’re proud to raise and offer ranch-raised, grain-finished, dry-aged beef. But we also know that buying beef means more when you know the people behind it.
That’s why Saturdays at the Ranch mean so much to us.
These events give us a chance to answer questions, talk through different cuts, help customers find what they need, and simply catch up. We love hearing what your family is cooking, what cuts you’ve enjoyed, what you’re curious to try next, and how our beef is showing up on your table.
So much of our business is built on relationships, and there is no substitute for seeing people face-to-face.
We were also glad to offer special discounts during the event. For many customers, Saturday at the Ranch is a great time to stock up, grab something new for the grill, or ask for help choosing cuts.
Whether you’re shopping for weeknight meals, weekend cookouts, bulk beef, or something special for the freezer, we enjoy helping customers find beef that fits their family and the way they actually cook.
