February is a special month around here.

Gregor on February 6.
Tori on February 13.

Gregor: The Steady Hand Behind the Scenes

Gregor is the kind of guy who doesn’t need the spotlight.

He’s the steady, dependable presence behind so much of what happens here. He helps behind the scenes in the business and is daily help on the ranch — especially during these long winter months when cattle chores don’t take a day off.

If you asked him to pick a favorite cut, he probably couldn’t. He loves a good New York strip. He’ll never turn down a tenderloin. And ground beef? That’s always a staple. Simple, solid, reliable — just like him.

Gregor’s work might not always be flashy, but it’s foundational. Feeding, checking cattle, making sure everything is running smoothly — those quiet, consistent efforts are what allow us to promise quality you can count on.

Ricky: Boots on the Ground

If you see a trailer pulling out or cattle being moved, chances are Ricky is behind it.

His favorite cut is a New York strip — hearty, flavorful, dependable. And that fits him perfectly.

Ricky can usually be found hauling cattle, caring for them, and unloading meat. He’s hands-on in the truest sense. Whether it’s early mornings, cold afternoons, or late evenings, he’s out there making sure things are done right.
